We are sometimes described as “management consultants within the culture sector” – rather an apt description in our view. We do strategic consulting and organisational development at management level and our projects have often concerned the cultural sector, albeit in contexts which can also be linked to tourism, urban planning and the media and entertainment business.
We offer help on one-off initiatives and long-term, more in-depth collaborations.
Our assignments are often in response to typical scenarios, such as:
- The client experiencing that their role has changed and become more challenging, which leads to demands for renewal, change management and business development.
- Us already having performed a market analysis or other kind of enquiry for a client. After having mapped out different options from different scenarios, we are happy to continue as strategic consultants and give the customer the benefit of our insights from the previous analysis.
- A review of productivity, “drivers” of profitability or the staff composition is considered necessary.
